Announcements ![]() FOOD ALLERGIESIf your child has a food allergy and you want the food service program to make substitutes available, you must have a note from the physician stating the food allergy with substitutes listed. If you have questions about this, please contact the school nurse or Kim Flock, assistant business manager at central. Kim can be reached by calling 532-4046.
![]() IMMUNIZATIONSATTENTION: PRESCHOOLERS
All preschoolers need to be age appropriately immunized to attend pre-school. See "Recommended Immunization Schedule" under Helpful Information to the right for clarification. If you have questions, you may contact the school nurse. ATTENTION: INCOMING KINDERGARTENERS All incoming kindergarteners need to have their immunizations up to date to attend school. Please bring a copy of your child's current immunizations to the school. If you have questions, you may contact the school nurse. ATTENTION: INCOMING 7TH GRADERS An adolescent tetanus diphtheria booster (Tdap) is required for all 7th grade students who have not received a tetanus or diphtheria vaccination during the previous 5 years. Subsequently, Td boosters are recommended every 10 years. If you have questions or need a current copy of your child's immunizations, you may contact the school nurse. PUBLIC HEALTH HAS IMMUNIZATION CLINICS ON THE 1ST & 3RD WEDNESDAY OF THE MONTH CALL 532-4069 OR SEE YOUR CHILD'S PHYSICIAN ![]() STUDENT MEDICATIONIf your child needs to take medication during school hours, please make sure you fill out and sign the Request for Administration of Medication form. This form is available from the school nurse or the office secretaries. Also, student medication MUST be in the prescription bottle or original container which will be returned to you.
